Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscription plans purchased through the PrepNexus platform (website and Android app), operated by PREPWITHUS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). PrepNexus is a digital subscription service — no physical goods are sold. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1Subscription Cancellation
1.1 You may cancel your PrepNexus subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
1.2 Cancellation requests for a refund will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of the subscription purchase date, provided that premium features have not been substantially used during that period.
1.3 Cancellation requests made after 2 days of purchase, or where premium content has already been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund.
2Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- •The subscription was purchased via a free trial that converted to a paid plan and you failed to cancel before the trial ended.
- •The request is made after 2 days of the original purchase date.
- •Premium features (mock tests, AI tutor, analytics) have been substantially accessed or consumed during the subscription period.
- •The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- •Renewal charges where a reminder was sent and cancellation was not actioned before the renewal date.
3Service Issues & Technical Failures
3.1 If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to paid features, please report the issue to our support team within 2 days of encountering the problem.
3.2 Our team will investigate and, where the issue is confirmed to be on our end and unresolvable within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a pro-rated refund or subscription extension at our discretion.
3.3 Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software are not grounds for a refund.
4Service Not as Described
4.1 If you believe the PrepNexus subscription materially differs from what was advertised on the website or app store listing, you must notify us within 2 days of your purchase.
4.2 Our customer service team will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or account credit.
5Google Play Billing
5.1 Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are processed by Google. In addition to this policy, Google's own refund policy may apply.
5.2 You may request a refund directly from Google Play within 48 hours of purchase via the Play Store's order history. For requests beyond that window, contact us at support@prepnexus.in.
6Refund Processing Timeline
6.1 In case of any refunds approved by PREPWITHUS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
6.2 The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
